Abstract:
Motivacija in ustvarjalno delo sta dejavnika, ki vplivata na vsakega zaposlenega. Kako pa motivacija vpliva na ustvarjalno delo? Na to vprašanje bomo skušali odgovoriti v diplomskem delu. Problem v današnjem svetu podjetništva je, da ljudje za svoje ustvarjalno delo niso nagrajeni oziroma so nagrajeni le malokdaj. Hkrati pa je ravno nagrada lahko močan motivacijski dejavnik za človekovo ustvarjalno delo. Seveda to ni edini dejavnik. Ostale dejavnike in kako ti vplivajo na motivacijo in ustvarjalno delo bomo prikazali v diplomskem delu.

MOTIVATION FOR CREATIVE WORK
Abstract:
Motivation and creative work are two factors that have impact on each employee. But how does motivation affect creative work? We will try to clarify this question in this dissertation. The problem in current enterprise world is that people are never or hardly ever rewarded for their creative work. At the same time, a reward can be a strong motivational factor for creative work for a person’s creative work. However, it is not the only factor. The rest of the factors and their impact on motivation and creative work will be shown in the dissertation.
