Title:Knifes for automated cutting
Abstract:The diploma work bases on the research of the frequency of sharpening a knife on the automatic tailoring machine which depends on the kind of material, number of layers of vacuum layers and the speed of cutting. Sharpening of a knife is indeed a disturbance, a knife is a cost in the process of tailoring and therefore we want to minimize the sharpening by resisting the quality of cutting and using a knife as long as possible. We have followed the frequency of sharpening with a programme which writes down statistics about tailoring pictures and by displaying of data in the appropriate tables. On the basis of the process of tables by the criterion of speed of cutting, the kind of material and the number of vacuum layers, there have been estimated the given values with a purpose of making instructions to technologists for programming the studied parameters of cutting. We have found out that the kind of material with its constructional characters, the speed of cutting and the number of layers all influence on the frequency of the sharpening. An important role at the choice of optimal frequency of the sharpening and of the speed of tailoring has got also a location and a sharpe of cutting parts in the cutting pictures. On the choice of parameters influences also the power of a vacuum. We have calculated that the cost is higher nevertheless of slowing the speed of tailoring and the smaller frequency of sharpening by the fact of saving at the longer use of a knife. The knife is therefore not a cost but an important element by the saving of the quality of tailoring in the clothing industry.
