Abstract:Na Univerzitetnem centru za vinogradništvo in vinarstvo Meranovo smo proučevali vpliv različnih podlag ('Börner', 'SO4 cl. 31', 'Riparia cl. 1', 'SO4 cl. 5' in '196/17') na rast in rodnost pri sorti 'Sauvignon'.

Title:The influence of various rootstocks on the growth and fruitfulness of the cv. 'Sauvignon'
Abstract:At the University Center for the Viticulture and Enology Meranovo, the influence of different rootstocks ('Börner', 'SO4 cl. 31', 'Riparia cl. 1', 'SO4 cl. 5' and '196/17') on the growth and fruitfulness of the cv. 'Sauvignon' were investigated. In the year 2003, the cv. 'Sauvignon' had the highest average weight of shoots and dry matter of grapevine on the '196/17' rootstock and the lowest on 'Riparia cl. 1' rootstock, in the year 2004, the highest weight was on 'SO4 cl. 5' rootstock and the lowest on 'SO4 cl. 31'. There were found some differences in the number of normaly developed canes. There were no statistical differences between undeveloped canes and undeveloped buds on rootstocks. The highest yield (1956 g) and average weight of grape (107 g) was on 'Börner' rootstock (p=0,05). The sugar content was highest on 'Riparia cl. 1' (83 °Oe) and the lowest on '196/17' (74 °Oe) and 'Börner' (76 °Oe). The common titratic acid was highest on 'SO4 cl. 5' (10,5 g/l). The highest pH of the must was measured on '196/17' rootstock (3,43) and lowest on 'Börner' (3,26), 'SO4 cl. 31' (3,23) and ' Riparia cl.1' (3,20) rootstocks. The weight of 100 berries was not significantly different between the rootstocks (193 to 206 g). The fruitfulness coefficient was highest on 'Börner' and 'SO4 cl. 31' rootstocks (1,21).
