Abstract:
Ob zelo hitri in stalni rasti števila motornih vozil v zadnjem času posvečamo vedno večjo pozornost negativnim vplivom na okolje in varnosti v prometu. Kolo omogoča za okolje najsprejemljivejšo in najprijaznejšo osnovno mobilnost. Prednosti pred drugimi prometnimi sredstvi so predvsem zmanjševanje onesnaževanja zrak in hrupa, zmanjševanje obremenjenosti centrov mest z motornimi vozili in varčevanje z energijo. Diplomsko delo zajema teoretične in zakonodajne značilnosti kolesarskega prometa. Predstavljeno je obstoječe stanje kolesarskih površin v občini Laško ter možnosti za njihov nadaljnji razvoj.

CYCLING TRAFFIC IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAŠKO
Abstract:
With a very fast and stable growth in the number of motor vehicles the attention to negative impacts on the environment and traffic safety has increased. The bicycle allows for environment-friendly and basic mobility. Advantages over other types of transport are primarly reducing air pollution, noise, loaded city centers by motor vehicles and are saving energy. Diploma thesis includes theoretical and legislave characteristics of the bicycle traffic. It presentes the current situation of bicycling areas in the municipality of Laško and opportunities or their further development.
