Title:PRIMERJALNA ANALIZA E-POSLOVANJA BANK S PRAVNIMI OSEBAMI NA PODROČJU PLAČILNIH SISTEMOV S POUDARKOM NA SISTEMU SEPA

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem najprej predstavil pojem e-poslovanja pravnih oseb. Začetek kartičnega poslovanja sega v leto 1949, V Sloveniji pa se prva plačilna kartica pojavi leta 1989. V okviru pojma e-poslovanja sem preučil značilnosti, načela, cilje ter razlikovanje e-poslovanja NLB primerjalno z nekaterimi večjimi slovenskimi vin tujimi bankami. Poseben poudarek sem namenil opisu e-poslovanja internetnih storitev NLB ter na koncu še vključevanju v enotne evropski sistem SEPA. Izvedel sem pregled obstoječega e-poslovanja in e-storitev ter ugotavljal prednosti in slabosti s katerimi se srečujejo podjetniki ob uporabi e-poslovanja z e-proizvodi izbranih bank. Po uvodnem poglavju sem v drugem poglavju opisal splošni pojem e-poslovanja. Nadalje sem opisal pojem plačilnih kartic, POS terminalov, bančništva iz pisarne ter uporabo, storitvre in varnost e-poslovanja. V tretjem poglavju sem analiziral e-proizvode in e-storitve nekaterih večjih slovenskih bank z izjemo NLB, kateri sem se v celoti posvetil v petem poglavju. Še pred tem sem se v četrtem poglavju dotaknil še e-poslovanja tujih bank. Diplomsko nalogo sem zaključil z natančnejšim opisom sistema SEPA.

Title:COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE E-BANKING PAYMENT SYSTEMS WITH EMPHASIS ON SEPA SYSTEM
Abstract:In first falf of nineties was started in unimaginable extend era of communication between bank and costumer over electronic mediums. Credit banks was giving at first emphasis on possibilities of pay-commercial incourse and later also selling hard standardesided production over telephone, but since 1995 is all attention directed in "homebanking"# with assistence of personal computers. Dynamic e-business competitive banks for legal entity with introduction alleuropean banking standards is restrict competitive struggle on the domestic market. For maintain current position is utility recognize to real e-business situation of NLB with aspect of legal persons and with SWŽOT analysis is compare to domnestic and foreign financial institutions. In banks appears extreme global services, banks oriented on a needs of a big company,intensity competitive with a innovation e-services and introducting direct e-business with foreign markets. On a production new e-services influence companies requirements, whose are very demanding. Their desires are orientated on a simplke strict and fact e-business, whose offer help and personal consultation, special detailed supervision business and financial e-services.
