Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje prenovo spremljanja načrtovanja razvoja za podjetje, ki se ukvarja s prenovo in implementacijo informacijskih sistemov. Rezultat prenove je zamenjava obstoječega ročnega sistema dokumentov s programsko podprto rešitvijo. V uvodnem delu je predstavljen problem in okolje s predvideno metodologijo dela. V nadaljevanju so prikazane osnove razvoja programske opreme, analiza obstoječega stanja v podjetju in cilj prenove sistema. Sledi prikaz in opis podatkovnega modela rešitve in obrazcev za vnos podatkov – programska rešitev problema. V zaključku naloge je ocena učinkov na prenovo sistema, pogoji za implementacijo nove rešitve in prikaz možnosti za nadaljnji razvoj.

REDESIGNING THE MONITORING OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract:
This diploma thesis describes the process of redesigning the monitoring of software development in a company that focuses on designing and implementing IT solutions. The result is the replacement of the existing manual system of documentation with an IT-supported solution. The introduction presents the problem, the environment, and the methodology. The following sections discuss the basic approaches to software development, analyse the current situation in the company and present the goal of the redesign. In the final chapter, the software solution of the problem is presented, which includes the description of the solution model and data entry forms. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the impact of the software solution on the system, points out the requirements for the implementation of the new solution and discusses the possibilities for further development.
