Abstract:	Negotove razmere na trgu v podjetjih povzročajo nenehne spremembe naročil, kar v proizvodnjah povzroča težave, nenehno selitev ozkih grl, večanje medfaznih zalog, menjavo prioritet, podaljševanje pretočnih časov in nenehno gašenje ter večanje nezanesljivosti izdobave ob že itak težavni proizvodnji, kjer se zahteva vedno večja kakovost in konkurenčnost. Vse to povzroča velike sunke in občasne preobremenitve ali obratno nezasedenost proizvodnje, ki v sedanjih zaostrenih razmerah veča pritisk vodstva na zaposlene za dvig produktivnosti, kar v povezavi z obstoječimi sistemi nagrajevanja pogosto povzroča dosego ravno nasprotnih učinkov (zaostanki, neskladnost, zamude ob hkratno potrebnih nadurah ..). Kljub vpeljavi modernih informacijskih sistemov ostaja planiranje in terminiranje proizvodnje prepuščeno proizvodnji, od katere se pričakuje, da pogosto naredi tudi nemogoče. Ob obstoječih načinih napovedovanje prodaje se motnje s trga tako prenašajo do proizvodnje in nabave.

Title:	Renovation of business processes to solve the economic crisis
Abstract:	Uncertain market circumstances are causing constant changes in orders, leading to many problems, including constant migration of congestions, the increase of mid-phase stocks, changing priorities, lengthening decanted times and constant reactive problem solving, and increasing uncertainties in supply accompanied by already difficult production, from which higher quality and competitiveness are increasingly required. All this is causing great swings in production, from being occasionally either overloaded or vacant. In current circumstances, this leads to a greater managerial pressure on employees for increased productivity, which has in relation to the existing systems of awards the opposite effects (arrears, inconsistencies, delays accompanied by necessary overtime etc.). Despite the introduction of modern information systems the planning and termination of production are left to production, from which often the impossible is expected. In the light of existing ways of a sales prediction, the market discrepancies are transferred to production and supply.
