Abstract:	Projekti podjetjem in posameznikom omogočajo prilagajanje stalnim in hitrim spremembam, ki zaznamujejo sodobne družbene razmere. Uporaba ustreznih tehnik planiranja omogoča večjo suverenost in natančnost doseganja zastavljenih ciljev ter zagotavlja racionalno in učinkovito rabo danih virov. To smo v diplomski nalogi praktično prikazali na primeru projekta uvedbe nadhoda na cestninski postaji Dob. Izdelali smo zagonsko projektno dokumentacijo za omenjeni projekt z vsemi pripadajočimi plani in načrti, ki so teoretično predstavljeni v prvem delu diplomske naloge. Izdelali smo terminski plan projekta, plan virov in stroškov, plan obvladovanja tveganj, plan kontrole, formirali organizacijsko strukturo projekta in opredelili vloge udeležencev. Prikazali smo uporabnost metod in tehnik projektnega načina dela, ki omogočajo hitrejši čas izvedbe, boljšo kakovost in nižje stroške projekta.

Title:	PROJECT OF INTRODUCING AN OVERPASS AT THE PAY TOLL STATION DOB
Abstract:	Projects enable the companies and individuals to adapt to constant and rapid changes in modern society. The use of appropriate planning techniques allows greater sovereignty and accuracy by accomplishing objectives and also ensures rational and efficient use of given resources. This is demonstrated in the thesis as a project introduction of overpass at the toll station Dob. Preliminary project documentation for the project including plans and programmes, which are theoretically presented in the first part of the thesis, was developed. We also prepared the timeframe of the project, plans for resources, costs, risk management, inspection and created the organisational structure of the project together with roles of project participants. Useful methods and techniques of project work, enabling faster implementation, better quality and lower project costs are introduced.
