Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali problematiko izbire najprimernejšega kandidata za opravljanje degustacij mlečnih izdelkov Ljubljanskih mlekarn. Primeren kandidat je tisti, ki izpolnjuje vrsto pogojev, ki so povrh vsega še težko opisljivi in merljivi. Odločitveni problem je večkriterijski, zato smo za reševanje uporabili metodologijo večkriterijskega odločanja. Na osnovi metodologije večkriterijskega odločanja in s pomočjo računalniškega programa DEXi, smo izdelali model, ki vključuje najpoglavitnejše kriterije. Te smo celovito opisali, dobljene rezultate ovrednotili in na podlagi analiz ovrednotili primernost kandidatov. Končne ocene kandidatov so bile različne. Analizirali smo kateri kriteriji so bistveno vplivali na rezultat ter tako pri posamezniku odkrili njegove prednosti oziroma pomanjkljivosti. Tak način izbiranja nam lahko prihrani veliko časa. Pridemo lahko do natančnejših rezultatov, hkrati pa kot nadgradnjo lahko izdelamo model za merjenje uspešnosti.

Title:MODEL FOR CANDIDATE SELECTION IN A DIARY COMPANY
Abstract:In the diploma paper the problematic referring to the choosing of the most appropriate candidate for the sampling of dairy products of the dairy company Ljubljanske mlekarne d.d. is discussed. An appropriate candidate is the one, who meets a line of conditions, which are mostly hardly describable and measurable. The decision-making model is based on an array of criteria, which is why we decided to solve the problem with the help of decision-making based on multiple criteria. On the basis of the methodology of the decision-making based on multiple criteria and with the help of the computer programme DEXi, we developed a model that includes all of the most important criteria. The criteria were thoroughly described, and the gained results were assessed, and on the basis of analyses the suitability of the candidates was evaluated. The final evaluations of the candidates were very diverse. We also analyzed which of the criteria influenced the result. That way the analysis showed which are the advantages and disadvantages of each candidate. Such approach can save a vast amount of time. We can come to more precise results, and at the same time we can also develop an upgrade – a model, which measures the successfulness of candidates.
