Abstract:	Pred pridobitvijo vlakovne poti za tovorne vlake v Republiki Sloveniji mora oseba ali podjetje izpolniti osnovne pogoje, kot so veljavna licenca, ki jo je izdala Javna agencija za železniški promet oziroma licenčni organ države članice Evropske unije, veljavno varnostno spričevalo, ki ga je prav tako izdala omenjena agencija, izjava zavarovalnice ali kakšen drug dokument, s katerim se izkazuje zmožnost in način kritja možnih škodnih zahtevkov, med zahtevanimi pogoji pa je tudi sklenjena pogodba z upravljavcem javne železniške infrastrukture o dostopu in uporabi javne železniške infrastrukture. Osnova kakovostnega delovanja sistema je stalnost obveščanja in dosledno spoštovanje zaporedja procesov. Pravilna izvedba in predpisano zaporedje delovnega procesa pogojujeta začetek naslednjega procesa. V primeru, da o odpovedi vlakovne poti ni obveščen eden izmed treh ključnih akterjev pri obvladovanju procesa vlakovnega tovornega prometa, to so prevoznik, prosilec in upravljavec, pride do zapletov. Temeljni predmet raziskave diplomske naloge je tako predlagati izboljšave v procesih odpovedi vlakovnih poti, predstavljeni pa so tudi postopki in načini naročanja vlakovnih poti tovornih vlakov v Republiki Sloveniji.

Title:	Train paths of the freight trains
Abstract:	Previous to the allocation of a train path for freight trains in the Republic of Slovenia, an individual or an enterprise has to fulfil the basic conditions, such as a valid licence, issued by the Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for Railway Transport, or a licensed organ of an EU country, a valid safety certificate also issued by the PART, an insurance company statement or a similar document, proving the ability and the ways of covering the possible damage claims. One of the reqired conditions is also a contract with the Manager of the Public Railway Infrastructure about the access to and usage of The Public Railway Infrastructure. The basis of the system operation is the informing permanency and the respect of the process sequence. The proper accomplishment and regulated sequence of the working process is conditional upon the start of the following process. Complications are to be anticipated if one of the three key subjects (the carrier, the petitioner and the manager) is not informed about the denouncement of the train path. The emphasis of the research in this thesis is therefore on submitting the improvements in processes of the train path denouncements as well as introducing the procedures and the ways of the train path ordering for the freight trains in the Republic of Slovenia.
