Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili notacijo BPMN in upravni postopek pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja. Trenutni postopek pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja smo modelirali z notacijo BPMN in s simulacijo prišli do časovnih rezultatov. Nato smo modelirali še teoretično informatiziran proces pridobitve gradbenega dovoljenja in pridobili časovne rezultate prenovljenega procesa ter jih primerjali z rezultati iz prve simulacije.

Title:
THE USE OF SIMULATIONS AND BPMN IN REENGINEERING OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES
Abstract:
In this diploma we presented the usage of the BPMN notation for administrative procedures, particularly for the process of acquisition a construction permit. We modeled a BPMN model of the current construction permit acquirement process and ran a simulation to obtain several results on its duration. Then we prepared a new, theoretical construction permit acquisition process using IT support, reran the simulation and compared the results.
