Abstract:
V diplomskem delu proučujemo uporabnost načel vitke proizvodnje v Kontroli kakovosti. Proučevano podjetje je generično podjetje in previsoka cena končnega izdelka lahko pomeni tudi izpad dobička zaradi nekonkurenčnosti na trgu. Kontrola kakovosti je zadnji člen v nizu proizvodnje produkta in ne doprinaša veliko dodane vrednosti končnemu produktu. Omejitev pri uvajanju vitke proizvodnje je bila, da z enakim številom zaposlenih ter enako kapaciteto strojne opreme sledimo povečevanje volumnov proizvodnje ter s tem povezanimi vzorci za analizo. Ugotovili smo, da so principi vitke proizvodnje dobro orodje za zniževanje stroškov ter doseganje krajših pretočnih časov, ki so med pomembnejšimi pri izpolnjevanju želja trga.

INTRODUCTION OF LEAN PRINCIPLES IN ANALYTICAL LABORATORY OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS
Abstract:
The thesis studied the usefulness of the principles of lean manufacturing in Quality control department. Studied company is a generic firm and if the price of the final product is too high can also mean a loss of profit due to competitors on the market. Quality control is the last activity in the series production of the product and doesn’t give much added-value to the final product. Restrictions on the introduction of lean manufacturing were, with the same number of employees and the same instrument capacity follow the increasing volumes in production and the associated samples for analysis. We found out, that the principles of lean production in Quality control department is a good tool to reduce costs and achieve shorter lead times which are important to meet the requirements of the market.
