Abstract:Pri mednarodnem prevozu blaga potekajo različni carinski postopki. Nekateri carinski postopki so zelo zapleteni. Potrebna je posebna carinska deklaracija, ki je odvisna od vrste, količine in vrednosti blaga. Prevoz blaga po državah članicah Evropske unije je enostaven, ker se uporabljajo enotni predpisi in dokumenti. Za uvoz in izvoz blaga iz tretjih držav so potrebni dodatni dokumenti. Države članice uporabljajo carinski zakonik skupnosti. V njem so zbrani zakoni, ki določajo vse dokumente in postopke, katere se uporablja pri prevozu blaga po državah članicah Evropske unije. Carinski urad Republike Slovenije med drugim izvaja nadzor nad carinskimi postopki. Carinske dokumente je potrebno hraniti dlje časa, saj lahko carinski urad izvede naknadno preverjanje dokumentacije. Pravilno izpeljan carinski postopek je med drugim odvisen tudi od carinskega posrednika. Posrednik mora dobro poznati carinske zakone, da lahko v čim krajšem času najde učinkovito rešitev.

Title:DATA EXCHANGE IN CUSTOMS PROCESS
Abstract:For international transport of goods various customs procedures. Some customs procedures are very complicated. What is needed is a special customs declaration, which depends of the type, quantity and value of goods. Transport of goods by countries of the European Union is easy, because they use uniform rules and documents. For import and export of goods from third countries they need additional documents. Member States use the Community Customs Code. It collects laws providing all documents and procedures, which are used for the carriage of goods by countries of the European Union. The customs office of the Republic of Slovenia implements control over customs procedures. Customs documents must be kept for a long time, because the customs office may carry out the subsequent verification of documentation. Proper execution of customs procedure, among other things is also depending of customs broker. Customs broker must have got knowledge of the customs laws that can as soon as possible find an effective solution.
