Abstract:
Diplomska naloga zajema zasnovo in implementacijo novih modulov v sistemu CMS Drupal za izboljšanje informiranosti kupcev in hkrati za izboljšanje poslovanja kozmetičnega distributerja Reno d.o.o.. Lotevamo se problematike seznanjanja kupcev s prodajnim programom podjetja Reno d.o.o.. Informiranost kupcev skušamo poenostaviti s predlogom nove rešitve – razširitve obstoječe spletne strani. Informiranost naročnikov je do vpeljave rešitve potekala predvsem telefonsko ali preko e-pošte in je bilo tudi najbolj zamudno opravilo za zaposlene v podjetju. Z razširitvijo spletne strani je omogočen prikaz artiklov prodajnega programa podjetja in informacije o izobraževanjih. Uporabljen je Drupal CMS sistem.

SALES SUPPORT FOR MICRO - ENTERPRISES
Abstract:
Diploma work consists of plan and implementation of new modules in a CMS system Drupal to help informing customers about new selling items and to improve overall business of a cosmetic distributer company Reno d.o.o.. Informing the customers was mostly done by phone or by e-mail which was time consuming for all companies employees. Informing customers will be improved by extending an existing web page. Expansion of a web site enables demonstration of product offerings and information of educational courses. To accomplish given task, Drupal CMS system is used.
