Abstract:	Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili pomen in definicijo rednih letnih razgovorov ter vpliv izvajanja le - teh na organizacijo in zaposlene. Na kratko smo predstavili plansko izvedbo, potek in namen izvajanja rednih letnih razgovorov ter kratko zgodovino nastanka le - teh. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli raziskavo z metodo ankete med družbami z omejeno odgovornostjo Podravske regije. Ugotavljali smo izvajanje oziroma neizvajanje rednih letnih razgovorov in možno uvedbo le-teh v organizacije, v katerih se razgovori ne izvajajo. Rezultati raziskave so sicer pokazali, da le nekateri izvajajo redne letne razgovore v družbah z omejeno odgovornostjo, medtem ko večina nadrejenih o tem le razmišlja. Ker je bil raziskovalni vzorec zelo majhen, tudi pridobljenih podatkov ne moremo posploševati na vso Podravsko regijo. Žal se je ob izvajanju raziskave izkazala nepripravljenost sodelovanja družb z omejeno odgovornostjo v posameznih raziskavah, saj nam anketnih vprašalnikov niso vrnili. V zaključku smo podali predloge za uvedbo rednih letnih razgovorov v družbah z omejeno odgovornostjo in odgovorili na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja.

Title:	ANNUAL INTERVIEWS IN LIMITED COMPANIES IN PODRAVSKA REGION
Abstract:	The diploma assignment consists of the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we have presented the meaning and the definition of regular annual interviews and the influence of these performances on the organization and the employees. We have shortly presented the plan performance, the course and the purpose of the performance of regular annual interviews as also the short history of its beginning. In the empirical part we have performed a research with the help of questionnaires between the societies with limited responsibility of the Podravska region. We were establishing the performance or more likely the lack of performance of regular annual interviews and the possible initiation of these in the organizations where the interviews are not performed. The results have otherwise shown that only some of the asked perform regular annual interviews in the societies with limited responsibility, while the majority of the superior staff only thinks about it. Because the research sample was so small we cannot generalize the given data on the whole Podravska region. Sadly, during the performance of the research the societies with limited responsibility were not ready to help in individual researches, because they did not return the questionnaires. In the conclusion we have passed over the suggestions for the initiation of regular annual interviews in the societies with limited responsibility and answered on the given research questions.
