Title:KOMUNIKACIJA IN KONFLIKTI NA DELOVNEM MESTU

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Zavedamo se, da je sodelovanje z drugimi ljudmi nujno na vseh področjih življenja. Za dobre medsebojne odnose je potrebna komunikacija, saj le ta omogoča dobro sodelovanje in prilagajanje. Komunikacija je bistven element zdravstvene nege, saj z njo nudimo pomoč pacientom. Tekom življenja se srečujemo z mnogimi situacijami, ki nas pripeljejo do nesporazumov. Lahko rečemo, da konflikti povzročajo neprijetnosti, neskladja interesov, ciljev in misli med zaposlenimi. Vsak med nami ima svojo strategijo njihovega reševanja. Metodologija raziskovanja: Podatke smo zbrali z anketnim vprašalnikom. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 50 zaposlenih delavcev v zdravstveni negi. Raziskava temelji na kvantitativni metodologiji. Rezultati: Iz rezultatov ankete je razvidno, da zaposleni poznajo pojem komunikacija in da so na delovnem mestu večinoma pozorni kako poteka komunikacija. Beseda komunikacija jim pomeni sodelovanje, prenos informacij, pogovor, druženje in smeh. Menijo, da uspešna komunikacija, spoštovanje in zaupanje rešujejo konflikte in da zaradi neučinkovite komunikacije prihaja do konfliktov v delovnem okolju. Menijo tudi, da imajo konflikti pogosto negativne posledice v delovnem okolju. Večina zaposlenih meni, da je najpogostejša ovira za neučinkovito komunikacijo preobremenjenost z delom. Zaključek: Med seboj je potrebno komunicirati, saj s komunikacijo izmenjujemo podatke in informacije z namenom vzpostavljati kakovostne medsebojne stike. Neučinkovito komuniciranje prinaša konflikte.

Title:Communication and conflicts at workplace
Abstract:Theoretical basis: We realize that cooperation with each other is necessary for every single sphere in life. For good interacting relations we need communication because is the only one which gave's good cooperation and conformation. Communication is essential component for health care (we offer help to patients). During life we confront with a lot of situations which lead us to misunderstandings. Conflicts are cause for unpleasantness, interest disharmony, goals and ideas between workers. We all have our own rescue strategy. Research methodology: Research embraced 50 workers in health care and with opinion poll we got data. Research is based on quantum methodology. Results: From the results we can see that workers know what the communication means. Most of the time they are attentive how the communication goes. The word itself means to them cooperation, information transmission, conversation, socializing and laughter. For them are successful communication, respect and trust fundamental for solving the conflicts. Ineffective communication leads to conflicts at work. They believe that conflicts have negative consequence at the Workplace. For most of the employees is work overloaded most common obstacle for inefficient communication. Conclusion: We have to communicate with each other. We exchange information in order to reestablish quality contacts, connections. Ineffective communication leads to conflicts
