Abstract:
Mnogo študentov ob diplomiranju še vedno nima redne zaposlitve in ne vedo, kako se odločiti za delovno mesto, ki bi jim ustrezalo. Problem je ravno v ustrezni odločitvi. Izbor delovnega mesta je življenjsko pomemben, saj je to nekaj, kar bomo opravljali precejšen del našega časa, in v primeru napačne odločitve pride do nezadovoljstva. Diplomsko delo predstavlja odločitveni model, ki študentu s pomočjo kriterijev in različnih tež le-teh pripomore k najboljši in pametni odločitvi pri izbiri zaposlitve.

DECISION MODEL FOR JOB SELECTZION OF A GRADUATE FROM THE FACULTY OF ORGANIZATIONAL SCIENCES
Abstract:
A lot of students still do not have a regular job when they graduate and do not know how to select the job, that would be the most appropriate for them. The selection of a job is of life importance, for it is something that we will be doing for a great portion of our time and in the case of a wrong decision we could end up unsatisfied. This paper presents a decision model that helps the student to reach the best and smartest choice when it comes to decieding for a job.
