Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je analizirana vsebina starega in novega pravilnika o tehničnih pregledih žičniških naprav na primeru Pohorske vzpenjače. Predstavljen je žičniški prometni podsistem po vertikali, posebej njegov pravni vidik, in krožno kabinska žičnica Pohorska vzpenjača z vsemi njenimi tehničnimi značilnostmi.

Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the contents of the old and new technical regulation of cableways on the case of Pohorska vzpenjača. Presented is the cableway traffic as a subsystem of traffic system through the vertical aspect, specifically the legal aspect and circular Pohorje cable car gondola with all technical characteristics.
