Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je analiza obstoječih logističnih procesov znotraj podjetja Pošte Slovenije d.o.o. in informatizacija obstoječih logističnih procesov oskrbne verige. Logistični procesi so bili opazovani, ob tem so bile ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti pri medsebojni povezanosti in uporabi informacijske tehnologije. Izboljšava pri medsebojni povezanosti oskrbne verige in sprejemu knjiženih pošiljk v Pošti Slovenije je nadgradnja obstoječe nove spletne aplikacije UPO. Nadgrajena spletna aplikacija UPO bi z novostmi vplivala na hitrejši pretok pri prevzemu knjiženih pošiljk. Odpravila bi pomanjkljivosti pri evidentiranju in sprejemu knjiženih pošiljk. Uporaba nadgrajene spletne aplikacije UPO bi se lahko nadaljevala z nadgradnjo sedanje informacijske tehnologije, ki jo uporabljajo na Pošti Slovenije d.o.o. Za delovanje bi morali idejo predstaviti strankam in preučiti možnosti za financiranje v potrebno strojno opremo. Nadgradnja obstoječe spletne aplikacije UPO bi pripomogla k natančnejšemu in ažurnemu vodenju evidence sprejema knjiženih pošiljk in vseh ostalih pošiljk.

Informatization supply chain in the segment recorded take shipments in slovenian post office ltd.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma paper is to analyze the existing logistic processes inside the Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. and to informatize the existing logistic processes of the supply chain. Logistic processes were observed and some imperfections were discovered in mutual connection and use of information technology. The improvement of the mutual connection in supply chain and acceptance of booked consignments in Pošta Slovenije, is the upgrade of the existing new on-line application UPO. Upgraded on-line application UPO is supposed to impact on faster flow in acceptance of booked consignments. It should dismiss the imperfections in keeping record of and acceptance of the booked consignments. Use of the upgraded on-line application UPO could continue with the upgrade of the current information technology used in Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. For the actual activation, customers should be presented with the idea and possibility of financing the needed hardware should be also studied. The upgrade of the existing on- line application UPO could help to more accurate and up-to-date keeping record of the acceptance of booked consignments and all the other consignments.
