Title:IZOBRAŽEVANJE IN USPOSABLJANJE V FUNKCIJI RAZVOJA KADROV SLOVENSKE VOJSKE

Abstract:Hitrim spremembam v okolju se organizacija prilagaja z vlaganjem v izobraževanje in usposabljanje ter na ta način dosega in ohranja strokovnost zaposlenih. Strokovnost in znanje vojaških oseb se pojavljata kot zahteva in potreba pri vsakodnevnem delovanju in izvajanju poslanstva Slovenske vojske. Na obrambnem področju sta namreč vojaško strokovno izobraževanje in usposabljanje ena ključnih dejavnikov zagotavljanja in uresničevanja ciljev organizacije, prioritet obrambnega sistema, na drugi strani pa delujeta kot pomemben faktor pri razvoju posameznika. Ker se zaposleni vse bolj zavedajo pomena stalnega izpopolnjevanja znanja za napredovanje in razvoj karierne poti, se temu področju namenja vse več pozornosti. Pri tem igra pomembno vlogo tudi motivacija, ki dokazano izboljšuje rezultate in poveča zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Zavedati se je treba, da je znanje najmočnejše orožje, zato je vlaganje v znanje in posledično v razvoj kadrov dolgoročna naložba organizacije, ki se v daljšem obdobju obrestuje. V magistrskem delu smo natančneje raziskali področje izobraževanja in usposabljanja kadrov v Slovenski vojski, vpliv slednjega na razvojno pot posameznika ter primerjali naš sistem s sistemom v ameriški vojski. Izvedli smo tudi konkretno raziskovanje s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Zaključek naloge zajema nekatere splošne predloge in rešitve, ki bi lahko pripomogle k izboljšanju trenutnega stanja.

Title:EDUCATION AND TRAINING AS A FUNCTION OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN THE SLOVENIAN ARMED FORCES
Abstract:The organization is adapting to the fast pace of changes in the environment by investing in training and education, thus achieving and maintaining the professionalism of the personnel. The professionalism and knowledge of the military personnel appear as a requirement and a need during the everyday operation and execution of the mission of the Slovenian Armed Forces. In the field of defence, professional education and training of the military personnel are the key factors of ensuring and achieving the aims of the organization, and priorities of the defence system and the other hand, they function as an important factor in the development of an individual. Since employees are more and more aware of the meaning of constant education for the progress and development of their career, this field is receiving a growing amount of attention. Also motivation plays an important role since it has been proven that it improves results, and increases the satisfaction of employees. We need to be aware that knowledge is the strongest weapon, therefore investing in knowledge and consequently into the development of human resources is a long-term investment, which pays off over time. This master’s thesis specifically studies the field of education and personnel training in the Slovenian Armed Forces, their influence on the development of an individual, and compares our system to the system of the U. S. military. Also a thorough research was conducted by means of a questionnaire. The conclusion of the thesis encompasses some general suggestions and solutions that could contribute to the development of the current state.
