Abstract:Elektronske prodajne poti v bankah sodijo med sodobne načine uporabe bančnih storitev in so širši javnosti bolj znane kot elektronsko bančništvo.

Title:ELECTRONIC SALES CHANNELS IN THE BANK SPARKASSE
Abstract:Electronic sales channels are a part of the modern bank applications services better known to the general public as electronic banking. Electronic banking is a bank service which makes banking easy and available for the customers anywhere and at any time, without unnecessary visits to the bank. Most people still wrongly think that electronic banking means only online banking business, but the term has much broader meaning. Electronic banking is basically a common name for the banking business with the help of electronic devices like mobile phone, classic phone, computer or internet, etc. Bank offer to their clients electronic and traditional banking services and people decide which they like best. Older clients still make the majority of their business at the bank counter while the middle-aged and younger generations prefer to use electronic services. In Slovenia in recent years internet banking or online banking is the most common form of electronic banking. More and more clients are using mobile banking services which in Slovenia are still not as popular as in the Western European countries. With the advent of Smart Phones users can now access the internet and use online banking services, only instead of their personal account they use their mobile phone. Telephone banking which the banks are offering in two varieties is also very popular. The first variety is telephone banking via the answering machine and the other via the telephone operater or via call center.
