Abstract:Življenje v sodobnem svetu povezujejo različni informacijski sistemi, kot so npr. mobilni telefoni, osebni računalniki, strežniki itd.

Title:INTRUSION AND UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO AN INFORMATION SYSTEM
Abstract:Life in the modern world is linked by different information systems such as mobile phones, personal computers and servers. The number of users increases and the scope of information systems widens every day. Most people use them with an honest intention, but unfortunately there are also those who intentionally cause harm. They harm an individual either with disabling or impeding the operation of the information system or they steal and destroy data on it. In the first part of the thesis, we presented terms that we come across when reading literature about cyber crime. Latter, we devoted attention to the presentation of the convention about cyber crime, which is still the most important international act regulating this field. Next to international legislation we focused on the Slovene legislation. We were most interested in the changes of the legislation from the field of cyber crime in 1991, from 1994 to 2004, as well as changes in 2008. The main part of the thesis presents chapters about unauthorized entry and invasion to the information system. The emphasis was given to the chapter about differences between these two illegal actions. In the chapter about invasion and unauthorized entry I presented two examples and analysed them.
Keywords:invasion, unauthorized entry, information system, illegal action, cyber crime, information.
