Abstract:Z uporabo večkriterijske metode analitičnega hierarhičnega procesa (AHP) sta bila na področju peke kruha na kmetijah razvita dva večkriterijska odločitvena modela v okolju računalniškega programa »Expert Choice«.

Title:Multi-criteria decision making analysis in supplementary activities on farms - the development of AHP model for bread baking
Abstract:By using multi-criteria methods of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) there were in the field of baking bread on farms developed two multi-objective decision models in an environment of a computer program "Expert Choice". The analysis took into account the relevant criteria decision problem (focus on marketing and financial criteria) for selecting the most appropriate production alternatives for baking bread. Sub criteria of the financial criterion have been derived by means of an analysis of selected and compared with each other alternatives for baking bread, and we have to calculate the required input parameters of multi-attribute model developed technology - economic simulation model. In multi-criteria decision-model production system alternatives from conventional and organic bread baking is the highest overall assessment reached 0.305 mixed rye bread and wheat flour conventional production, followed by a mixture of bread wheat and rye flour organic production with assessment of 0.252, bread, mixture of wheat and spelt flour organic production with assessment of 0.229 and mixture of spelt and wheat flour from the conventional production with assessment of 0.214. In the second model, which included alternatives for baking bread just out of the system of organic production is the highest score reached 0.511 spelt white bread, which is followed by an assessment of 0.229, spelt wholemeal bread and white wheat bread with a total assessment of 0.219.
