Abstract:	V pričujočem delu smo analizirali skladiščni prostor preučevanega podjetja, v katerem potekajo procesi nakladanja, razkladanja in prenosa blaga od proizvodnje do skladišča. Pri preučevanju smo se osredotočili na skladiščenje transportno skladiščnih enot različnih dimenzij, transportne poti viličarja in manipuliranje z blagom. Pri vsem tem smo upoštevali skladišče, ki je omejeno z prostorom, kar predstavlja osrednji problem. Obstoječe skladišče je neurejeno in neučinkovito, zato ga je potrebno preurediti v učinkovitejšega. Ugotovili smo, da neučinkovitost skladiščnega prostora in neurejenosti transportnih poti povzroča nekoristen čas pri izvajanju procesov. Predlagane so bile rešitve prestrukturiranja skladišča z uvedbo regalnega skladiščenja surovin, talnega skladiščenja končnih izdelkov po conah A, B in C (coniranje) in optimizacijo transportnih poti z namenom znižanja oz. izničenja nekoristnega časa pri procesih. Pri vsem tem smo si pa pomagali z metodo združevanja izdelkov v družine (angl. Family Grouping) in metodo razvrščanja v skupine (angl. Cluster Analysis).

Title:	Logistic analysis of the internal logistics of the production company
Abstract:	This diploma work analyses the storage area of a production firm. We analyse the processes of loading, the processes of unloading and the processes of transfer of merchandise from the place of its production to the Warehouse. The focus is on the warehousing of transport storage units of various dimensions, forklift truck routes and handing of merchandise. The Warehouse was also taken into consideration. Its space limitations are causing a major problem. It is unsystematic, messy and inefficient and therefore needs to be reorganised in a more effective manner. We found out that the inefficiency of the storage area and the disorder of transport routes causes useless time when performing processes of storage. There are also proposed some solutions to the problem of restructuring of the Warehouse. They include introduction of rack storage for raw materials, floor storage for finished products according to the zones A, B and C (zoning), and optimisation of transport routes with the purpose of reducing or completely eliminating useless time in the processes. Storage restructuring was complemented with the method of Family Grouping and the method of Clustering.
