Abstract:
Najboljše organizacije gradijo na proaktivnosti, katere temelj je strateški pristop k upravljanju kadrovskih virov. Primarni cilj tega je utrjevati pripadnost zaposlenih organizaciji, večati motivacijo in zagotavljati zaposlenim pogoje za njihov nenehni razvoj. Osnovni namen v magistrski nalogi je ugotoviti možnosti in ambicije izvajalcev zdravstvene nege v Univerzitetnem kliničnem centru Maribor in podporo organizacije pri doseganju teh ambicij.

NURSING CAREERS AT THE UNIVERSITY CLINICAL CENTRE MARIBOR
Abstract:
The best organizations are building on proactivity, which is based on a strategic approach to managing human resources. The primary objective is to consolidate the loyalty of employees to the organization, to raise the motivation and providing conditions for the employees for their continued development. The basic purpose of this thesis is to identify opportunities and ambitions of nursing executants at the University Medical Center Maribor and the organisation support in achieving these ambitions.
