Abstract:Življenje danes postaja vse hitrejše, zahteve okolja pa vse večje in moreče. Potrebna so nenehna prilagajanja in odrekanja, kar pripelje do vse manj časa za lastno življnje in notranji mir. Posledično prihaja do poslabšanja psihofizičnega stanja posameznika in to vedno bolj slabi organizem in njegovo odpornost. Smo v stresu.
