Analizirali smo obstoječi sistem komisioniranja skladišča trgovskega blaga v primerjavi s predlaganim glasovnim vodenjem komisioniranja blaga. Pri analizi smo uporabili računalniško podprto orodje Interactive Warehouse, na osnovi katerega smo določili povprečne poti komisioniranja glede na obliko skladišča, število postavk v delovnem nalogu in izbrano komisionirno strategijo. Na osnovi rezultatov analize smo izračunali učinkovitost obstoječega in predlaganega sistema komisioniranja, s čimer smo dosegli glavni namen diplomske naloge.

Title:THE INTRODUCTION OF THE PICK-TO-VOICE ORDER PICKING SYSTEM IN THE MERCHANDISE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
Abstract:Commissioning is a process of collecting and shipping of goods from a warehouse according to the content and range of individual work orders. In practice commissioning is considered to the most labour intensive and the most expensive process for almost every warehouse. In general in warehouses there are different systems of commissioning goods. The most used one is one or two dimensional system of commissioning called commissioner-to-goods, where the commissioner uses a trolley or drives a fork-lift trolley along rack corridors and chooses (commissions) goods. The thesis presents the logistic analysis of the commissioning system »commissioner-to-goods«. The analysis is based on the chosen form of a warehouse, work order rates and chosen commission strategies. We analyzed the existing system of commissioning merchandise goods at a warehouse compared with the proposed voice managed commissioning of goods. In the analysis we used computer-aided tool Interactive Warehouse, from which we determined the average path of the commissioning according to the form of a warehouse, the number of items in work order and the selected commissioning strategy. Based on the results of the analysis, we calculated the efficiency of existing and proposed system of commissioning, and therefore achieved the main purpose of the thesis.
