Title:Stres med člani negovalnega tima na psihiatričnem področju

Abstract:V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljen pojem stresa: definicije stresa, vrste stresa, vzroki stresa, simptomi in znaki stresa, stresne motnje, faze stresa in posledice stresa. Opisan je stres na delovnem mestu in sicer vpliv stresa na delovno storilnost, dejavniki stresa v delovnem okolju in zunaj delovnega okolja ter stres pri medicinskih sestrah in izgorelost. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki je bila izvedena s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. V raziskavo so bili vključeni člani negovalnega tima, zaposleni na psihiatričnem področju ene izmed slovenskih psihiatričnih bolnišnic. Anketiranje je bilo izvedeno v mesecu decembru 2011. V diplomskem delu smo ugotavljali prisotnost stresa med člani negovalnega tima na psihiatričnem področju ter najpogostejše dejavnike in vzroke, ki privedejo do stresnih situacij. Prikazati smo želeli smernice za preprečevanje oziroma zmanjševanje stresnih situacij na delovnem mestu. Po mnenju anketirancev je najbolj stresno izmensko delo, sledi sama narava dela ter odgovornost pri delu. Člani negovalnega tima v večini delo ne občutijo kot stresno in preobremenjujoče. Najpogostejši psihični simptomi, ki jih člani negovalnega tima občutijo na psihiatričnem področju, so: občutljivost, pritisk in želja po menjavi delovnega mesta, težave s koncentracijo, razdražljivost ter občutek napetosti in tesnobe. Zaposleni so tudi navedli, da se na delovnem mestu večkrat počutijo brez energije in imajo bolečine v hrbtenici.

Title:Stress among nursing team members in the psychiatric field
Abstract:In the theoretical part of this diploma is presented and described the concept of stress: stress definitions, types of stress, stress causes, symptoms and signs of stress, stress disorders, stress phases and consequences of stress. There is described the stress at workplace, namely the impact of stress on the job productivity, stress factors at workplace and beyond it, professions and stress in the work of nurses and also burnout. In the empirical part are presented the results of the research which was implemented through a questionnaire. In the research were involved members of the nursing team employed in the psychiatric field of one of the Slovenian psychiatric hospital. The survey was performed in December 2011. In this study we wanted to evaluate the prevalence of stress among nursing team members at the psychiatric field and to identify the most common causes and factors that lead to stress situations. We wanted to outline guidelines for the prevention or mitigation of stress in the workplace. The majority of respondents considered shift work as the most stressful. This is followed by the very nature of work and responsibility at work. Members of the nursing team do not feel the work as stressful and overwhelmed. The most common psychological symptoms of members of the nursing team in the psychiatric field are: sensitivity, pressure and desire to change the job, concentrating difficulties, irritability and a feeling of tension and anxiety. Employees also indicated that they often feel out of power at workplace and have back pain.
