Title:KAKO OBDRŽATI USPEŠNE KADRE V PODJETJU ROMA-TEX D.O.O.?

Abstract:Kadri so danes pomemben element vsake organizacije. Če so ti kadri še uspešni, jih je potrebno obdržati v podjetju. Kako jih obdržati je za vodilne dostikrat samoumevno in temu ne posvečajo pretirane pozornosti, vendar so uspešni kadri eden ključnih elementov vsake uspešne organizacije. Zato je potrebno vse kadre v organizaciji spremljati in ugotoviti kako uspešni ali neuspešni so. V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo s pomočjo literature opredelili pojem kadri, kako ravnati z njimi, zakaj in kako jih razvijati ter kako ugotavljati in ocenjevati njihovo uspešnost. V nadaljevanju smo ugotavljali, kako obdržati uspešne kadre v podjetju. Izpostavili smo nekaj dejavnikov, ki se nam zdijo najpomembnejši in jih tudi opisali. To so organizacijska kultura in klima, vodenje zaposlenih, motiviranje zaposlenih in komuniciranje z zaposlenimi. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo najprej predstavili podjetje Roma-tex d.o.o., v katerem smo ugotavljali kako obdržati uspešne kadre v podjetju. V nadaljevanju pa smo se osredotočili na raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika med zaposlenimi v podjetju. Pridobljene rezultate smo predstavili v grafični obliki nato pa z njihovo pomočjo odgovorili na raziskovalna vprašanja, ki smo si jih zastavili v začetku pisanja diplomske naloge. Na koncu smo podali še predloge, ki bi po našem mnenju pripomogli k zadržanju uspešnih kadrov v podjetju.

Title:HOW TO MAINTAIN A SUCCESSFUL HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE COMPANY ROMA-TEX D.O.O.?
Abstract:Nowadays personnel (skilled workers) is the key element of every organization. If the personnel is successful, the organization must do its best to keep it. Leaders usually take keeping good personnel for granted and do not pay much attention to it, but successful personnel is the key element of every successful organization. That is why it is important to monitor the personnel and find out how successful or unsuccessful it is. In the first part of our seminar paper we discuss the meaning of personnel and how to deal with it, why and how to develop it and also how to determine and estimate its success. Additionally, we discuss how to keep successful personnel in an organization. We also set out the most important factors, and describe each of them. The factors we describe in our seminar paper are culture, organizational climate, employee management, motivation and communication. In the second part of our seminar paper we outline a few details about Roma Tex company. We wanted to find out how to keep successful personnel. In addition we focused on a research, based on a questionnaire for the employees. The collected data is presented graphically. Afterwards we were able to answer our research questions set at the beginning of our work. At the end there are some proposals, which help us keep successful personnel.
