Title:USTREZNOST PISARNIŠKIH PROSTOROV IN PISARNIŠKE OPREME NA OBČINI LOŠKA DOLINA

Abstract:V prvem delu so podane teoretične osnove o načrtovanju pisarniških prostorov, delovnem okolju in pisarniški opremi. Prostori, v katerih so zaposleni delavci, morajo biti skrbno načrtovani po načelih načrtovanja pisarniških prostorov. Poleg tega ključno vlogo igra delovno okolje, kjer je pomembna pravilna razsvetljava, svež zrak, nemoteč hrup in pravilna zaščita pred sevanjem. Na motiviranost zaposlenih vplivajo tudi barve. Pravilno izbrani odtenki pri človeku vzbujajo močno delovno efektivnost, preveč intenzivne barve pa vzbujajo živčni napor, stres in dekoncentracijo. K ergonomični ureditvi prištevamo tudi ustrezno pisarniško pohištvo in opremo. V drugem, empiričnem delu pa smo izvedli raziskavo o ustreznosti pisarniških prostorov in opreme na konkretnem primeru. Raziskavo smo izvedli na Občini Loška dolina s pomočjo ankete, s katero smo želeli ugotoviti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih s prostori in pisarniško opremo. Glavni namen je bil ugotoviti smernice za pravilno urejeno delovno mesto po ergonomičnih načelih. Diplomsko nalogo smo obogatili tudi z raziskavo o vplivu letnih časov na delovne pogoje.

Title:SUITABILITY OF OFFICE PLACES AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOŠKA DOLINA
Abstract:The firs part deals with theoretical basis regarding planning of office spaces, working environment and office equipment with business stationary. Office space, where the employees work, must be carefully planned, following carefilly designed principles of office space planning. Furthermore, working environment plays a crucial role, as proper illumination, fresh air, undistrubing noise and proper radiation protection are extremely important. On the motivation of employees is also influenced by the colour. If the colour shades are properly selected, they tend to promote working efficiency, intense colorus, however, cause nervousness, stress and decrease focus. Ergonomic arrangement also includes proper office furniture and equipment. The second, empirical part deals with the study regarding suitability of office space and equipment, taking into account a particular case. We performed the study in Loška dolina municipality by conducting a survey in order to determine how satisfied the employees are with their office space and office equipment. The main purpose was to establish guidelines for the properly regulated workplace according to ergonomic principles. My diploma paper as well contains research on how the seasons affect working conditions.
