Abstract:
Postavil sem tezo, da gre za povezavo med kritičnim mišljenjem in odločanjem. Z izobraževanjem in usposabljanjem je mogoče sposobnost kritičnega mišljenja izboljšati. Ker pa gre za povezavo med kritičnim mišljenjem in sprejemanjem odločitev, ima konkretno izobraževanje za posledico kvalitetnejšo odločitev. To velja za sprejemanje odločitev v zasebnem življenju, kot tudi na delovnem mestu.

Abstract:
The thesis states that there exists a correlation between critical thinking and decision making. The ability of critical thinking can be improved by education and training. Since there is a correlation between critical thinking and decision making, a concrete education and training consequently leads to a higher quality of decisions. This is true of decision making in private life as well as in the workplace.
