Title:Primerjava percepcije delovanja vodilnih medicinskih sester v delovnem okolju bolnišnice

Abstract:Vodenje je proces, ki poteka v vsaki organizacijski strukturi, tako na nivoju javnega, kot tudi gospodarskega sektorja. Vodenje negovalnega tima in medicinskih sester je specifično, saj se negovalni kader ne spoprijema le s problematiko dela kot takšnega, ampak tudi z izpostavljenostjo z ostalim stresorjem na delovnem mestu, ki ga narava dela zahteva. Prav zaradi izpostavljenosti in obremenjenosti na delovnem mestu je naloga vodje še zahtevnejša. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, kako se vodje negovalnih timov spoprijemajo s funkcijo vodenja in kako vodene medicinske sestre vidijo svojega vodjo. Prav tako nas zanima način vodenja v negovalnih timih, še posebej nasprotujoči si avtokratski in demokratični stil oziroma njuna prisotnost v omenjenih timih. Raziskovalna metodologija. V raziskavi je bila uporabljena kvantitativna metodologija. Za interpretacijo podatkov smo uporabili Microsoft Excel in program za statistično obdelavo podatkov, SPSS. V raziskavi je bilo vključenih 32 vodilnih medicinskih sester in 47 vodenih medicinskih sester; torej skupaj 79 anketiranih medicinskih sester, ki so v službi v eni izmed treh splošnih bolnišnic po Sloveniji. Rezultati. Stil vodenja v bolnišnicah je demokratičen, saj je zaslediti pozitivne in zadovoljive rezultate v negovalnih timih in povprečno obojestransko zadovoljstvo vodilnih in vodenih medicinskih sester. Sklep. V negovalnih timih je potrebno spodbujati pozitivno delovno klimo, za katero se morajo truditi tako vodilne medicinske sestre kot tudi vodene. V veliki meri so vodje tiste, ki ustvarjajo nivo zadovoljstva na delovnem mestu, zato je potrebno le-te pravilno izobraziti in poučiti o pomembnosti načina in funkcije vodenja. Title:Comparsion of perceptual functioning of nurses in the hospital enviroment
Abstract:Management is the process which carried out in every organizational structure, at the level of of the public, and the economic sector.Management of the nursing team is specific, since nursing staff facing with the natural issues such as exposure to stress in the workplace. Running and comleting tasks from a that kind of environment is even harder. The purpose is to study how the managers facing management function and how managed nurses see their manager. We are also interested in a management style of nursing teams, especially opposing autocratic and democratic styles and their presence in these teams. Research Methodology. The study used quantitative methodology. For interpretation of the data, we used Microsoft Excel and the program for the statistical processing of data called SPSS. The study involved 32 management nurses and 47 guided nurses surveyed a total of 79 nurses who are in service in one of three general hospitals. The results. Hospital management style is democratic, it is found positive and satisfactory results in the nursing teams and the average positive satisfaction of managing and managed nurses. Conclusion. In the nursing teams is necessary to promote a positive working climate, which is leading the effort to the both sides. Mostly, managers should creates the level of job satisfaction. They must properly educates them self and train on the importance of method and management functions.
