Abstract:
Naloga obravnava uvedbo multifunkcijskih naprav v podjetju Aerodrom Ljubljana. Podjetje je kratko predstavljeno. Izdelan je načrt razporeditve multifunkcijskih naprav, prerazporejeni so tudi lokalni tiskalniki. Za centralni nadzor je uporabljen program SafeQ podjetja Y Soft, za nadzor potrošnega materiala pa program PrintFleet. Glavni rezultati uvedbe multifunkcijskih naprav so: dolgoročni prihranki pri tiskanju, skeniranju in faksiranju ter poenotenje naprav. V podjetju so nameščene multifunkcijske naprave dveh proizvajalcev.

INTRODUCTION OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICES IN THE COMPANY AERODROM LJUBLJANA
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes the introduction of multifunctional devices in the company Aerodrom Ljubljana. The company is briefly presented. The layout of deployed multifunctional devices is designed, the existing local printers are also relocated. The centralized control of all devices and their usage (multifunctional devices and local printers) is achieved by software called SafeQ (Y Soft) and the PrintFleet. The main effects of the introduction of multifunctional devices are: long-term savings for printing, scanning, faxing as well as reduceddiversity of printers. Currently only two printer vendors are present inthe company.
