Abstract:
Prispevek obravnava optimizacijo topologije zveznih konstrukcij z uporabo nivojske funkcije in projektnega elementa. Novosti v tem pristopu predstavljata uporaba projektnega elementa za parametrizacijo nivojske funkcije ter splošna formulacija optimizacijske naloge, ki ni odvisna od obravnavanega primera. Rezultate začetnih raziskav ilustrira numerični zgled optimiranja kratke konzole.

Title:
Topology optimization using level set function and design elements
Abstract:
This paper discusses topology optimization of continuous structures by using a level set function and a design element. The novelties of this approach are design element usage in order to parameterize the level ser function and a general formulation of the optimization problem, which is independent of the considered problem. The results of our initial investigations are illustrated by a numerical example of optimizing a short cantilever.
