Influence of the positions and weights of the design element control points in topology optimization
Abstract:
This paper discusses topology optimization of continuous structures by using a level set function and a design element. Attention is focused mainly on the influence of variable control point positions and weights on the optimization history and on the final optimal topology of the structure.
