Abstract:
Internet je izbrisal mednarodne meje, bliskovita rast informacijske tehnologije in univerzalen dostop do kiberprostora je hekerje in morebitne kiberteroriste pripeljal na prag sistemov za kritično infrastrukturo. Zagotavljanje varnosti in zaščite teh sistemov postaja eno izmed temeljnih vprašanj nacionalne varnosti ter gospodarske stabilnosti. Po napovedih strokovnjakov lahko v naslednjih letih pričakujemo številne napade na sisteme za upravljanje kritične infrasturkture. Le vprašanje časa je, kdaj bodo napadalci iz teoretičnega proučevanja možnosti uporabe informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije prešli v njeno praktično uporabo na vseh področjih informacijskega bojevanja. Prispevek je usmerjen v prepoznavanje zunanjih dejavnikov, ki ogrožajo kibernetski sloj sistemov kritične infrastrukture. Podana bo splošna klasifikacija tehnik napadov in storilcev ter temeljni varnostni ukrepi za zaščito pred kibernetskimi napadi.
