Title:ZAZNAVANJE MEJE MED REALNIM IN FANTASTIČNIM V FANTASTIČNI PRIPOVEDI PIKA NOGAVIČKA

Abstract:Cilj diplomske naloge, z naslovom Zaznavanje meje med realnim in fantastičnim v fantastični pripovedi Pika Nogavička, je ugotoviti, ali se z naraščajočo starostjo otrok povečuje sposobnost zaznavanja meje med resničnostjo in fantastičnostjo, ter s tem preveriti teoretična izhodišča. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge je na podlagi znanstvene in strokovne literature opredeljena fantastična literatura in branje le-te. Predstavljene so fantastične literarne vrste (pravljica, fantastična pripoved, grozljivka, mit, basen, roman), estetika recepcije H. R. Jaussa in razvoj recepcijske zmožnosti oziroma t. i. bralni razvoj. Opisana je tudi otroška recepcija medijev. V nadaljevanju je govora o švedski pisateljici Astrid Lindgren, saj je za izvedbo praktičnega dela diplomske naloge uporabljeno njeno delo Pika Nogavička, ki je tudi podrobneje opisano. Predstavljena so poglavja, opisane fantastične in realistične prvine v njej ter definirani kriteriji za določanje fikcije, pri čemer je uporabljena Buckinghamova teorija razvoja otrokove zmožnosti ločevanja med resničnostjo in fikcijo. Ti kriteriji so kasneje uporabljeni pri analizi otroških odgovorov. V empiričnem delu je kot raziskovalni inštrument uporabljen anketni vprašalnik, ki ga je izpolnilo skupno 42 učencev 3. in 5. razreda Osnovne šole Primoža Trubarja Laško – podružnična šola Debro. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da učenci 5. razreda natančneje razlikujejo resničnost in fikcijo v fantastični pripovedi Pika Nogavička kot učenci 3. razreda, kar se kaže v tem, da utemeljujejo fantastično bolj z zunanjimi Buckinghamovi kriteriji.

Title:ESTIMATING THE GAP BETWEEN REAL AND FICTIONAL IN THE IMAGINARY TALE OF PIKA NOGAVIČKA
Abstract:The purpose of this university graduation thesis titled the “Estimating the gap between real and fictional in the imaginary tale of Pika Nogavička” has been set out to realize whether the influence of the up-going children’s age does enable a growing ability of estimating the gap between the real and fictional and also to verify theoretical basic points. With the reference to some scientific and professional literature, the theoretical part redefines the fiction literature and the way of reading it. I have introduced several fiction literary genres (a fairy tale, fantasy tales, horror stories, myths, animal stories and novels), the H. R. Jauss’s aesthetics of reception as well as the development of reception abilities and the development of reading respectively. The children reception of media has also been described. The continuation part introduces the Swedish author Astrid Lindgren, since her story of Pippi Långstrump (Pippi Longstocking) was involved in the execution of the practical part of this university graduation thesis and the story itself has also been give a precise illustration. Actually, I have introduced chapters, described fictional and realistic (real) components that occur in the story and defined fiction criteria which have also involved the Buckingham’s development theory of a child’s ability to distinguish between reality and fiction. The criteria were later use with the analysis of children’s replies. The empirical part, however, involved a questionnaire as a research instrument, and was filled in by 42 third and fifth grade pupils of Primož Trubar Laško primary school - branch in Debro. The gained results have found out the fifth grade students to be evidently more able to distinguish precisely the difference between the real and the fiction in the story of Pippi Longstocking than their third grade schoolmates which is obvious in their substantiation of fantasy being more adequate to Buckingham’s externally generated criteria.
