Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opredeljuje vidike zavarovanja pred poklicno odgovornostjo odvetnika in notarja ter povzema ureditev (poklicnega) zavarovanja odgovornosti iz splošnega vidika ter v nadaljevanju konkretneje v zvezi z opravljanjem dejavnosti odvetnika in notarja. Nanizane so najpogostejše napake odvetnikov pri njihovem delu z izbranimi primeri iz zavarovalne prakse ter dodani statistični podatki. Primerjalnopravno so povzete tudi tuje ureditve nekaterih držav v zvezi z zanimivejšimi rešitvami zavarovanja poklicne odgovornosti za oba poklica.

Title:
LIABILITY INSURANCE OF ATTORNEYS AND NOTARIES
Abstract:
The thesis shall illustrate professional liability insurance of attorneys and notaries in Slovenia. The (professional) liability shall firstly be presented in a general manner and afterwards separately in particular with regard to the attorneys' and notarys' proffesional activities respectively. In addition to that, types of most common malpractice of errors and omissions are included. Furthermore the thesis also contains individual insurance cases with statistical data. Additionally, the thesis includes outlines of regulations of the subject matter in several foreign countries from the comparative point of view.
