Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena linija za transport Al-polizdelkov, ki je sestavljena iz dveh verižnih transporterjev in dveh manipulatorjev. Omenjeni transporterji morajo transportirati Al-polizdelke od sprejemnega mesta do poti v stiskalnico. V okviru diplomskega dela smo opravili analizo obstoječega ogrodja z naklonom, linije za transport Al-polizdelkov in podali možne rešitve za novo učinkovitejšo izvedbo. Na podlagi tehnično-tehnoloških zahtev smo izbrali najprimernejšo rešitev in izvedli preračun nove rešitve ter izdelali zahteve za vzdrževanje in varno obratovanje. Vsebina diplomskega dela predstavlja prispevek k projektiranju transportnih sistemov v industriji z obdelavo aluminija.

Title:
Material handling system for transportation of Al-half-products
Abstract:
This thesis describes material handling system for transportation of Al-half-products which is composed of two chain conveyors and two manipulators. Transporters must transport Al-half-products from start point to presses. In the thesis we carried out performance analysis of frame with a slope for material handling system for transportation of Al-half-products and presented possible solutions for the new efficient implementation. On the basis of technological requirements, we chose the best solution and carry out calculation of new solutions and created requirements for maintenance and safe operation. Content of the thesis represents a contribution to the design of transportation systems in the industry working with aluminium.
