V prvem, teoretičnem, so predstavljene energijsko varčne stavbe (nizkoenergetska hiša, trilitrska hiša, pasivna hiša, ničenergijska hiša, energijsko samozadostna hiša in plusenergijska hiša), veliko o posebnostih gradnje pasivne hiše (toplotni ovoj, zrakotesni ovoj, kontrolirano prezračevanje z rekuperacijo, zgradba brez toplotnih mostov, nekonvencionalni ogrevalni sistem s toplotno črpalko, izkoriščanje sončne energije itd.). V drugem, empiričnem delu je predstavljena raziskava o pomenu umetnih gradiv in energijskih izgub skozi ovoj hiše. V skupnem medpredmetnem projektu so z izvedbo, meritvami in rezultati sodelovali sedmošolci OŠ Kungota in OŠ Cerkvenjak-Vitomarci. Raziskava je bila izvedena v okviru rednega pouka tehnike in tehnologije ter likovnega snovanja, kjer je na koncu nastal uporaben predmet.
Keywords:Energijsko varčne zgradbe, pasivna hiša, osnovna šola, umetna gradiva, raziskava, energetika, toplotne izgube, maketa hiše, medpredmetno povezovanje, uporabni predmet.

Title:LOW ENERGY LIVING SYSTEMS
Abstract:I have presented all low energy living systems with stress on the passive house systems in short in the diploma thesis. A passive house is a low energy building without building physical imperfections, eventhough it is classically built. We have also used a part of this knowledge with primary school pupils in the research about the meaning of termal insulation of a building. The diploma thesis has been devided into two parts according to their topic. The first (theoretical) one presents energy saving buildings (a low energy house, a three-liter house, a passive house, non-energy house, energy selfsufficient house and plus energy house). There is a lot written about features of builing a passive house (thermal insulation, airtight wrapper, controlled ventilation with recuperation, a building without thermal bridges, non-conventional heating system with heat pump, outsourcing of solar energy etc.). In the seconf (empirical) part a research about the meaning of artificial materials and energy losses throough house insulation have been described. The seventh grade pupils have co-operated with execution, measurements and the results in the interdisciplinary project. The research has been done during regular lessons of Technics and Technology and art where a useful object arose at the end.
Keywords:Energy economical buildings, a passive house, primary school, artificial materials, a research, energetics, thermal losses, a model of a house, interdisciplinary connecting, useful object.
