| Abstract: | V diplomskem seminarju z matematičnim modelom presnove arahidonske kisline preučujemo vpliv nesteroidnih antirevmatikov (NSAR) na pojav bronhokonstrikcije pri aspirinsko intolerantnih astmatikih. Za tri različne populacije aspirinsko-intolerantnih astmatikov ocenimo, pri kateri dozi indometacina in etoricoxiba se tveganje za simptome aspirinske intolerance poveča in ocenimo, kako dolgo traja bronhokonstrikcija pri tipični terapevtski dozi indometacina. Preučujemo tudi strategijo, pri kateri aspirin, ibuprofen ali indometacin doziramo skupaj z inhibitorjem encima 5-lipoksigenaze. Ta strategija bi lahko omogočila varno doziranje nesteroidnih antirevmatikov aspirinsko-intolerantnim astmatikom brez tveganja bronhokonstrikcije. |
