Abstract:	Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, kako vrsta in oblika embalaže vpliva na učinkovitost pretovornih in transportnih procesov v skladišču sadja in zelenjave. Predstavljena je problematika skladišč sadja in zelenjave trgovinske dejavnosti. Izpostavili bomo embalažo, ki se najpogosteje uporablja v teh skladiščih in katera embalaža bi bila najbolj primerna, da bi sadje in zelenjava ostala kakovostna in ohranila svežino. Osredotočili smo se na oddelek sadja in zelenjave v skladiščih trgovinske dejavnosti. Zaradi zadovoljstva končnih potrošnikov se morajo v procesu oskrbovalne verige potruditi vsi udeleženci, prav tako delovna sila v procesu skladiščenja. Pri kritični analizi bomo prikazali dejavnike, s katerimi se lahko skladiščenje izboljša in omogoči lažje delo skladiščnikom. S pomočjo trakov za povijanje transportnih vozičkov se bomo znebili folije, ki je težko razgradljiva, škodljiva naravi in povzroča več povratne embalaže. Ugotovili smo, da je v skladišču sadja in zelenjave nujna kontrola, ki se mora izvajati neprestano in na vseh oddelkih. Za kakovost artiklov, ki pristanejo na policah naših trgovin je treba spremljati njihove spremembe pri skladiščenju. Poskrbeti je treba za dobro kakovost sadja in zelenjave pri naročanju blaga pri dobrem dobavitelju, če pa je kakovost slabša pa le – to poskušati odpraviti čim hitreje. S pomočjo plastičnih zabojev in terminalov na zapestju bomo omogočili sadju in zelenjavi boljšo kakovost in večjo varnost pri manipulaciji.

Title:	The influence of material properties and package design on the efficiency of handling and transport processes in the storage of fruits and vegetables
Abstract:	The matter of this diploma is to find out how the type and shape of packaging can affect the efficacy of loading and transport processes in storage of fruit and vegetables. In the diploma, we will present the problems of fruit and vegetables warehouses, packaging that is most commonly used and packaging that should be used to contain the quality and freshness of the products. We are focusing on the fruit and vegetables department in warehouses of commerce business. For the satisfaction of costumers, all employees in the process of supply and workforce in warehouses must work very hard. In the analysis part of the diploma, we will showcase the factors that can help improve the storage and make the work of warehouse workers easier. With the help of tape for bundling the transport cart, we can lose the foil, which is not degradable and eco-friendly and is the reason for more reversible packaging. We found out that control is necessary in storage of fruit and vegetables and that it must be done constantly in all departments. For the quality of the articles on shelves, we must monitor their changes along the process of storing. Quality and safety during transport can be provided with a good supplier, plastic containers and special wrist terminals.
