Rezultati simulacije so bili dovolj kakovostna informacijska osnova za nadaljnji razvoj odločitvenega modela. Parametri, pridobljeni s pomočjo simulacijskega modela, so nadalje predstavljali vhodne podatke za razvoj večkriterijskega odločitvenega modela.

Title:Development of multi-criteria model for the assessment of vegetable production in protected space
Abstract:This research is primarily based on the development of a techno-economical simulation model for integrated production of vegetables, its reorientation and ecological production of commercially attractive vegetables (growing pepper, lettuce, salad cucumber) in a protected space. Developed simulation models were then used for evaluation of the most important economical parameters for individual vegetables with various production methods. Simulation results provided an information basis of sufficient quality for further development of the decision making model. Parameters obtained with the help of the simulation model were then used as input data for development of a multi-criteria decision making model. The second goal of this research was to develop a multi-criteria decision model for qualitative evaluation of a production method of commercially attractive vegetables in a protected space. A model, based on the method DEX, was developed to help with evaluation of production of vegetables in a protected space. Evaluation results indicate the acceptability of all three production methods. This research lead to the conclusion that integral production of vegetables is economically more justified than production in reorientation period and that ecological production is ecologically more justified than integral production. Analyzing the reactivity of the developed model, we ascertained the low impact of subsidies to agriculture on the final financial result for individual production method in the reorganisation period and integral production.
