Abstract:	Največja problema v današnjem času sta naraščanje porabe energije in večanje toplotnega učinka. Šestina svetovnega prebivalstva, bogata manjšina, zahteva zase skoraj vso energijo in surovine. Energijskih virov je vedno manj, poleg tega njihovo izgorevanje prispeva k segrevanju ozračja. Če v kratkem ne bo prišlo do izboljšanja in če ne bomo varčno ravnali z energijo, bodo učinki globalnega segrevanja zemlje, imeli katastrofalne posledice. Nekatere industrijske panoge so že sprejele izziv in razvoj usmerile v tehnologije s čim manjšim vplivom na okolje. Ena od njih je tudi gradbena industrija. Zato je smiselno, da bi učence že v osnovni šoli seznanili, kaj so to varčne hiše oz. objekti. V diplomskem delu bom navedla nekaj argumentov, ki bi učence prepričali, da so ti objekti – varčne hiše, energijsko varčne, zdrave in okolju prijazne. Prvi razlog, ki govori v prid odločitve za izbiro varčnih objektov, je ekonomske narave. Zmanjšali se bodo stroški za ogrevanje hiše. Vemo, da se cene naftnih derivatov vsak dan zvišujejo. Kot vemo so se cene kurilnega olja od leta 1999 zvišale za kar 250 % . In trend podražitev se ne bo ustavil. Odločitev za gradnjo varčnih hiš lahko temelji tudi na drugih dejstvih. V takšnih objektih je zrak vedno svež, za kar skrbi t.i. kontrolirano prezračevanje z vračanjem toplote odpadnega zraka. Prednosti varčnih hiš je še veliko več, kar dokazuje skoraj 100- odstoten porast gradenj zadnjih nekaj let v Avstriji, Švici in Nemčiji. Pri nas jih je na žalost še malo, vendar se njihovo število povečuje. K temu so pripomogle subvencije, ki jih podeljuje država. Razlogov za gradnjo varčnih hiš je torej dovolj, samo ljudi je potrebno o tem seznaniti. »Pasivna hiša je hiša prihodnosti«

Title:	POPULARIZATION CONCEPT PASSIVE AND ZERO ENERGY BUILDINGS
Abstract:	The biggest problem today is rising energy consumption and increasing the thermal effect. Sixth of the world population, rich minority, the calls themselves almost all the energy and raw materials. Energy sources is becoming less and in addition their burning contributes to global warming. If in the short term there will be no improvement and if we fail to comply with energy saving, the effects of global warming the earth had catastrophic consequences. Some industries have already taken up the challenge and focus in technology development with minimum environmental impact. One of them is the construction industry. So it makes sense to pupils in primary school learn about what they are saving the house or. facilities. The thesis I put forward some arguments to convince students that these facilities - energy-saving homes, energy saving, healthy and environmentally friendly. The first, which speaks in favor of the decision to select energy-saving facilities, the economic nature. Will reduce the cost of heating homes. We know that oil prices rising every day. As we know, the prices of fuel oil since 1999, which increased by 250%. And the trend of price increases will not be stopped. The decision to build fuel-efficient houses can be based on other facts. In such buildings, the air is always fresh, which they worry Controlled ventilation with heat recovery exhaust air. Benefits of energy-saving houses is much more, as evidenced by the nearly 100 - percent increase in construction over the past few years in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. With us, it is unfortunately still a little, but their number is increasing. This was aided by grants awarded by the State. Reasons to build fuel-efficient houses is therefore enough to be the only people on this pair. "Passive house is the house of the future"
