Abstract:V raziskavi smo analizirali nekatere povprečne letne parametre mlečnosti krav lisaste pasme v standardni laktaciji na kmetiji z omejenimi dejavniki okolja.

Title:Milk yield of simmental cows on the farm with limited environment factors
Abstract:Our graduation thesis was aimed at analyzing some average yearly parameters of milk yield of Simmental cows in standard lactation on the farm in a less favoured area (LFA). This means that quality forage production on this farm is difficult because of different natural handicaps (e.g. relief). In this study we used data on annual average quantity of milk in standard lactation, protein content as well as the content of fats in milk for the 16-year period from 1995 to 2010. We compared the data of this farm with the data in the area of Murska Sobota Agricultural Institute, as well as with the data of all other farms in Slovenia. Our statistical analysis showed that the average yearly growth of milk yield on the examined farms was the highest (127.1 kg) in comparison to the average yearly growth of milk yield on farms in the area of Murska Sobota Agricultural Institute (77.5 kg) and on all other farms in Slovenia (82.8 kg). The average milk yield of this farm in 2010 was 4483 kg, on farms in the area of Murska Sobota Agricultural Institute it was 4 960 kg and on other farms in Slovenia it reached 5 031 kg. The fat content in the milk of the examined farm was not significantly changed in 16 years. In 2010 the fat content was 3.90 %. In the examined period the highest increase on this farm was observed in protein content (from 2.90 % in 1995 to 3.29 % in 2010).
