Abstract:	Diplomsko delo v prvem delu zajema splošno razlago nabave kot ene izmed osnovnih poslovnih funkcij v vsaki organizaciji. Za večjo učinkovitost in uspešnost podjetja so potrebni dobro zasnovani poslovni procesi ter zanesljivi dobavitelji, ki morajo zagotavljati konstantno kakovost poslovanja. Pomembna sestavina omenjene kakovosti je pravočasna dobava izdelkov in dovolj celostno opravljanje storitev. Z zanesljivimi dobavitelji je tako mogoče organizirati poslovanje s čim manjšimi zalogami, v določenih primerih pa celo brez njih, kar posledično predstavlja podjetju nižje stroške. V drugem delu sledi opis poslovnih in nabavnih procesov v podjetju Amis ter kritična analiza nabavnega procesa v telekomunikacijskem podjetju. S prenovo poslovnih procesov lahko podjetje prihrani finančna sredstva ter doseže večjo produktivnost in učinkovitost pri zaposlenih. V tretjem delu smo predstavili predloge izboljšav, saj so predvsem z optimizacijo poslovnih procesov, vpeljavo sodobnih informacijskih sistemov in izboljšano komunikacijo vidne izboljšave v samem nabavnem procesu. Posledično pa bodo bolj zadovoljni tudi uporabniki in zaposleni v podjetju. nabava, dobavitelji, zaloge, telekomunikacije, nabavni procesi.

Title:	Planning of buying processes of telecommunication equipment in the company Amis d.o.o.
Abstract:	In the first part the diploma work includes the general explanation of purchasing as one of the basic business functions in every organisation. To achieve a bigger efficiency and success of the company the planning of good business processes is of vital importance, as also to have reliable suppliers, who have to ensure a constant quality and the punctual delivery of their goods. If you have reliable suppliers it is possible to plan and execute business without having a big stock and in some cases even without stock. This results in lower costs for the company. In the second part follows a description of the business and purchasing processes in the company Amis and the critical analysis of the purchasing process in the telecommunication company. With the renewal of the business processes the company can save financial means and achieve a greater efficiency of the employees. In the third part we have introduced some improvement proposals, because with the optimisation of the business processes, the initiation of modern information systems and with an improved communication you can see the improvement in the purchasing process. As a result the users and the employees of the company will be more satisfied.
