Abstract:
Diplomska naloga obravnava problem neustreznih zalog proizvodnih komponent – kupljenih delov in lastnih polizdelkov. Uvodoma je predstavljen problem visokih zalog v podjetju in njihova nesorazmerja glede na njihove potrebe. Sledi predstavitev obstoječega procesa optimizacije zalog, ki ne daje zadovoljivih rezultatov. Nadaljuje se s teoretično razlago metod, ki so bile uporabljene pri optimizaciji zalog, kot na primer optimalna naročilna količina, kanban, ipd. Sledi prikaz vpeljevanja metod na praktičnih primerih in analiza koristi, ki smo jih pridobili z optimizacijo zalog. Na koncu so strnjene ugotovitve tega diplomskega dela.

INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCT COMPONENTS IN THE COMPANY HELLA SATURNUS D.O.O.
Abstract:
This degree thesis discusses the problem of unsuitable inventories of production components – purchased parts and semi-finished products of own production. The introduction presents the problem of high company inventories and their disproportions compared to the requirements. Further there is an explanation of the existent process of optimization of the inventories, which does not show satisfying results. It then proceeds to the theoretical explanation of methods which were used for the optimization of the inventory, such as optimal ordered quantity. After this, the introduction of methods in practical cases and analysis of advantages as a result of an optimized inventory are shown. In the end there are main conclusions of the degree.
