Abstract:Magistrska naloga zadeva problem samomotivacije.

First identify the needs that you want to satisfy those needs. Another way of looking at self-motivation is that you are strongly motivated you are engaged in your work, or committed to the job and the company. Self-motivation is the force that keeps pushing us to go on – it´s internal drive, to achieve, produce, develope and keep moving forward. Four factors are necessary to build the strong levels of self-motivation: self.confidence and self- efficacy, positive thinking, strong goals, and motivating environment.
