Abstract:	Varnostno nadzorni center (VNC) v podjetju, ki nudi storitve zasebnega varovanja uporabnikom teh storitev, je »srce« tega podjetja, saj vanj prihajajo vsa alarmna sporočila, ki jih je potrebno potem obdelati. Iz VNC-ja gredo vsi obdelani podatki naprej do varnostnikov-interventov, po potrebi tudi do drugih intervencijskih služb (policijo, gasilce,…). VNC nudi pomoč ostalemu varnostnemu osebju, jim sporoča o potrebnih podatkih, s katerimi razpolagajo. Prav tako se pa tudi naročniki varnostnih storitev, ki imajo kakršnokoli vprašanje v zvezi z varnostnimi storitvami, obračajo na VNC – operaterje VNC. Kar pomeni, da ni dovolj, da se v VNC-ju nahaja potrebna oprema za sprejem vseh podatkov, ampak morajo delovati v njem tudi zelo usposobljeni, strokovni, iznajdljivi in dinamični operaterji VNC. Za upravljanje z VNC je potrebno pridobiti licenco, kar pomeni, da morajo podjetja upoštevati veljavno zakonodajo na področju zasebnega varovanja, mednarodne veljavne standarde, posebno standard SIST BS 5979. Pridobiti morajo ustrezno dokumentacijo za upravljanje z VNC, zagotoviti ustrezno lokacijo in prostore, izbrati usposobljen kader, ki bo strokovno ravnal z vsemi prejetimi sporočili in obvladoval te dogodke ter imel pregled nad dogajanjem na varovanih objektih in območjih. Podjetje SINET d.o.o. izvaja tudi dejavnost zasebnega varovanja. Pridobljene ima licence za varovanje ljudi in premoženja, prevoz in varovanje gotovine ter drugih vrednostnih pošiljk, upravljanje z varnostno-nadzornim centrom (VNC) in izvajanje sistemov tehničnega varovanja. Rezultati raziskave o zadovoljstvu uporabnikov zasebnega varovanja podjetja SINET d.o.o. kažejo na to, da je kar 97 odstotkov anketirancev zadovoljnih z varnostnimi storitvami. Anketiranci so zadovoljni z dosegljivostjo VNC-ja, operaterji VNC pa jim podajo zadostno količino podatkov ob klicih v VNC v zvezi z različnimi dogodki (vlom, požar, alarm z izklopom, nevklop sistema, idr.). Uporabniki so zadovoljni tudi s strokovnostjo in odzivnostjo varnostnih tehnikov in varnostnikov-interventov. Raziskava je tudi pokazala, da skoraj tretjina anketirancev ni seznanjena s časom, v katerem se varnostniki-interventi odzovejo na alarmna sporočila (vlomi, požar, nepooblaščeni pristopi,…).

Abstract:

Company Security Control Center offering services of private security to their service users is the »heart« of the company, since it gathers all alarm messages which need to be dealt with. Security control center releases processed data to security guards and intervention officers, as well as other intervention services, if necessary (ex. police, firemen, etc.). They also offer help to other security personnel and inform them regarding required data with which they operate. Moreover, security service subscribers who might have questions regarding security services seek help from the security control center operators. This means that it is not enough for the security control center to have all equipment required to receive all the data, but that such service also demands well trained, professional, resourceful and dynamic operators. It is necessary to obtain a license to manage a security control center, which means that companies must comply with the legislation on private security and the international standards in force, especially the SIST BS 5979 standard. They must obtain appropriate documentation for the management of a security control center and provide suitable location and premises, select qualified staff who shall act professionally with all the data received, control extraordinary events and have a clear overview of developments on secured facilities and areas. SINET d.o.o. company also performs private security activities. It has attained licences for protection of people and property, transportation and protection of cash and other valuable items, management of a security control center and the implementation of technical security systems. The results of user satisfaction survey of private security company SINET d.o.o. suggests that as many as 97 percent of respondents are satisfied with the company's security services. Respondents were satisfied with the availability of the security control center, while the operators are reported to offer sufficient information when they are called and asked about various events (burglary, fire, false fire alarm, not turning on the system, etc.). In addition, users are satisfied with professionalism and responsiveness of security technicians and intervention security guards. The survey also showed that nearly a third of respondents were not aware of the time during which intervention security guards respond to alert messages (burglaries, fires, unauthorized accesses, etc.).
