| Abstract: | In der vorliegenden Diplomarbeit wird anhand der Romane Jürg Jenatsch (1876) von Conrad Ferdinand Meyer und Plebanus Joannes (1921) von Ivan Pregelj in Anlehnung an Ortfried Schäffter die literarische Inszenierung der Fremderfahrung im Hinblick auf die nationale, religiöse und geschlechtliche Identität der beiden Protagonisten, des protestantischen Pfarrers Jürg Jenatsch und des katholischen Priesters Plebanus Joannes, analysiert. Es wir darauf eingegangen, wie stark die Konstruktion der Identität von den kirchlichen Institutionen, deren Mitglieder sie sind, beeinflusst. Die Typologie von Schäffter wird näher vorgestellt, wie auch die nicht unproblematischen Begriffe Interkulturalität, Fremdheit, Eigenheit. |
